What a Crazy Few Weeks it Has Been!!

How was your weekend?

I've had a lot of ups and downs these past few weeks and have had a lazy day today watching the final few episodes of Gossip Girl and starting my next series Teen Wolf on Netflix...

Last weekend I went to Luna Park for the Stampin' Up! Onstage which is like a creative conference for paper crafts and stamping (but so much more)! It was my first time at Onstage and it was a truly incredible experience. I took 50 of my own pre-made cards with me which I swapped with other Stampin' Up! demonstrators and it was just so much fun!! I hope to share those demonstrators' swaps with you soon.

So this weekend I spent some time relaxing on the couch - like a lounge lizard!!
Tonight I got into one of my new stamp sets from Onstage and here is the result, I hope you like it :)

This set is called Rooted in Nature and is a gorgeous set I was privileged to be able to take home at Onstage and get stamping with straight away :) It will be available for purchase on 1 June 2018 in Australia. If you love stamping and want to have some fun crafting, then why not join my team and get this set for free?

I adore the colour of the OLD OLIVE CARD STOCK, which is what I stamped the TREE RING on to with WHISPER WHITE CRAFT STAMPIN' PAD, then embossed it with COPPER STAMPIN' EMBOSS POWDER and cut them out with PAPER SNIPS.

I added the YOU ARE WONDERFUL stamp as the sentiment in WHISPER WHITE CRAFT STAMPIN' PAD on to some RICH RAZZLEBERRY CARD STOCK and embossed around the edges with COPPER STAMPIN' EMBOSS POWDER.

I also stamped the TREE RING stamp onto the card base of WHISPER WHITE CARD STOCK in RICH RAZZLEBERRY STAMPIN' PAD and used the STAMPIN' DIMENSIONALS to adhere the sentiment and then build the three TREE RINGS up into a 3D pop up.

I had a lot of fun with this card, and it's super simple... I even had a little help from my 2.5yo ;)
